Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Boys Basketball Camp

No refund if a participant decides not to participate after May 22.

Coed Track and Field Camp

No refund if a participant decides not to participate after May 22.

Girls Basketball Camp

No refund for registered participants after May 22.

Girls Softball Camp

No refund after May 22.

Girls Volleyball Camp

No refund for registered players after May 22.

MLHS Flag Football Cheer

As a non-profit organization, we try to keep the fees as low as possible to ensure everyone can participate. However, we must make decisions on equipment, uniforms, and insurance before the start of the season, so full refunds are unlikely. <br> Once the season has started, there is a NO REFUND POLICY unless it is an overpayment, duplicate payment, or the program is cancelled by MLHS. <br> We may issue a PARTIAL REFUND before the start of the season. A partial refund will be based on the insurance cost, if a uniform was ordered, and any administrative/processing fees. Upon registering, you agree to these terms. <br> To request a refund, email mherbst@michiganlutheran.org with a detailed explanation of the request. After receiving the request, we will review it and decide how much of the cost, if any, will be refunded.
