Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

MLHS Flag Football

As a non-profit organization, we try to keep the fees as low as possible to ensure everyone can participate. However, we must make decisions on equipment, uniforms, and insurance before the start of the season, so full refunds are unlikely. Once the season has started, there is a NO REFUND POLICY unless it is an overpayment, duplicate payment, or the program is cancelled by MLHS. We may issue a PARTIAL REFUND before the start of the season. A partial refund will be based on the insurance cost, if a uniform was ordered, and any administrative/processing fees. Upon registering, you agree to these terms. To request a refund, email mherbst@michiganlutheran.org with a detailed explanation of the request. After receiving the request, we will review it and decide how much of the cost, if any, will be refunded.
